Our hotel operates within a historic Victorian terrace building in Windsor, Melbourne.

While the property has been refreshed to provide comfortable accommodation, the original
architectural structure means accessibility features are limited.

Building Layout
• The hotel is spread across multiple levels.
• Most guest rooms are located on upper floors.
• Access to upper levels is via stairs only.
• The property does not have a lift or elevator.

Ground Floor Rooms
Windsor Green Hotel has three rooms located on the ground floor, which may be suitable
for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

However, please note:
• These rooms are not specifically designed as wheelchair-accessible rooms.
• Bathrooms and room layouts may not accommodate mobility aids or wheelchairs.

Heritage Building Considerations
As a heritage property, the building may include features typical of historic structures,
including:
• Stairs between levels
• Narrow corridors or doorways
• Step transitions in some areas

These architectural elements are part of the building’s original character and may limit
accessibility for some guests.
